Northwood Financial Services cc is a Fee Based Financial Advisory Service.

 A Financial Planner who works on a commission basis can only be paid when he sells  a new policy. Think about your last three visits to your advisor. What happened? Were you sold three policies?

Commission is far more expensive than you realise. It creates unnecessary costs which leaves less money for investment. You could be spending over R150 000 of your hard earned money on commissions during your lifetime.

We charge an annual advisory fee; therefore we can focus on your needs without having to sell you a policy to keep our cash flow healthy.

We plan according to your goals and your values, our meetings never start with quotes for more insurance waiting in your file.

Should you really need some more insurance, you are assured that we will not receive commissions for advising you on it.

Fees may be paid via Credit Card,  debit order, as a lump sum payment or deducted off existing investments.
