Before presenting any product we complete a Financial Needs Analysis. We seek to establish what your Assets and Liabilities are and what financial goals you have set for yourself. We evaluate the portfolio you already have, to ensure that these meet your risk profile. Based on the needs presented to us, we aim to provide affordable products at the lowest cost possible. We will present you with a written report for your records.

Our support team of stock brokers, attorneys, estate agents are able to provide a comprehensive financial advisory service.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
We will present you with the most affordable product to meet your needs. Clients who have already switched to the fee paying model know our premiums exclude commission.They will be lower than what you will get from most other Financial Planners.
YOUR ROLE
We ask clients to meet with us annually. These visits are important as our recommendations change as your situation changes.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH OUR SERVICE
Firstly, send email to us formally registering your complaint. Should you not have satisfaction, telephone Nico Kleynhans on 083 461 4950 to enable him to fix the problem. Lastly if he is not able to help, the law lays down that you could approach the Ombudsman to ask him to intervene.
